Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

Provide product and service information to customers by answering questions and offering assistance

Offer tailored solutions to customers that exceed their needs by actively listening to their needs and concerns

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings and client webinars

Outperform standards and expectations with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and rigorous determination

Engage in continuous learning opportunities and meetings to drive sales margins and improve the customer experience

Ensure actions comply with company policies and guidelines

Initiate contact with customers, authorized third parties, and vendors to generate sales accounts

Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions

Are you someone who has the:

Ability to be proactive and efficient time management skills

Ability to thrive under pressure, execute critiques with ease, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to use appropriate analysis, judgment, and logic when solving problems and making decisions

Ability to negotiate effectively, close sales, and apply effective questioning and listening skills

Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure

Education/Experience We Are Looking For in a Customer Support Representative:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

0-2 years of previous experience in customer support, retail, enrollment, or sales

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
