A-List Therapy is seeking a Case Manager/Care Coordinator for a home health Agency. This Job will be remote after training, This individual must be a fast learners and pays attention to details. We’re looking for a self-starter who is willing to grow with the company and build a career and move into a managerial role in the next few months.
This is a remote position once training is completed in the office in the city of Los Angeles for minimum of 1 month. you will be provided with company computer, phone, keyboard, monitor, mouse. you will work remotely after training.Essential Functions:

Must be polite, personable with good people skills over the phone.
Coordinates physical /occupational therapy staff schedules matching Agencies needs with the proper therapist.
Addresses all incoming emails regarding patient care and staffing.
Assures all operation tasks are completed within a timely manner.
Messages and coordination with therapists regarding patient visit schedules and documentation.
Managing 5 office staff employees.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator.


Must be able to handle heavy email and telephone use.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently.
Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have good people skills.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be computer savy, Excel experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Must have the ability to identify and efficiently solve problems in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1-2 year of home health experience
College or High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 45 – 50 wpm typing speed.
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications.
