Regional Learning & Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our growing team and be our first regional Learning & Development Manager where you bring our global programs to your region and at the same time have full freedom to create and build regional programs from scratch.
As our Regional Learning & Development Manager you work closely with our global Learning & Development team and you will be part of the NORAM HR team.
You spend 70% of your time bringing global L&D programs and trainings to our NORAM and LATAM employees and leaders. 20% of your time you will initiate, design and pilot regional programs that if successful can be rolled out globally. 10% of your time you will work on fully global Learning & Development topics.
What you’ll do:
Onboarding: Overall responsible for the onboarding journey in NORAM and LATAM as part of the global Onboarding pillar. You will facilitate in-person classroom trainings related to compliance, culture and payments.
Professional Development: Drive the agenda for top talents in your region and facilitate trainings such as Own Your Career, Team Effectiveness, Feedback training etc.
Leadership Development: Facilitate a range of different classroom trainings for our Team Leads in the region.
Work closely with senior leadership in your region to identify learning needs according to our business strategy.
Work closely with regional HR Business Partners and facilitate trainings around performance management, DEI and wellbeing.
Depending on your interests and background you will own topics on the global Learning & Development agenda.
Who you are:
You have a well rounded Learning & Development background – an expert in learning needs collection, design, facilitation and measuring impact
Experience designing and facilitating trainings and workshops related to soft skills, culture, leadership and DEI
You are a strong collaborator – you easily build networks and know how to work with a wide range of stakeholders
At least 7 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a global tech / scale-up environment
Preference to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
Experience managing tools and external vendors
Strong tech and data affinity
