The Role:
As Ampere’s Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer service experience throughout the lobby at Ampere’s Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will maintain a strong lobby presence and awareness and will leave all guests with a positive and lasting impression.
What You’ll Do:

Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to all colleagues and guests entering or exiting the site while ensuring that required entry policies (visitor registration, vaccination verification, badging, no piggybacking, etc) are being followed.
Ensure guests are greeted courteously and their needs are always anticipated.
Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls.
Work closely with the Site Manager and key stakeholders to always ensure security and service excellence.
Report all service shortcomings affecting the guest experience.
Work with Ampere’s Facilities and Security to identify and support any access/egress challenges
Ensure the reception area is always kept immaculate and tidy.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills in greeting colleagues and visitors
Strong presence and ability to enforce entry policies while maintaining an atmosphere of excellent customer service
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Previous experience answering phone calls in a professional environment
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Calm, polite, and professional appearance
Reliable and self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
