Anchor Health is hiring an intake coordinator. This position will work with the intake department supporting the referral to admission process. In this valuable position you will be coordinating with our referral sources, families and physicians to coordinate the hospice admission. You must be comfortable with telephone conversations, computer programs and have an innate attention to detail. We are a fast paced agency with a high volume of admissions.
This is an office job and our office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm
SALARY: $25-$29 an hour (based on experience)
