Key Responsibilities
Performs complex transactions related to HR administrative and operational activities requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience with a high degree of accuracy.
Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Follows standard procedures and may require discretion based on common sense and experience.
Support HR through more complex data entry and data support responsibilities, Provides support and guidance on HR processes, responding to and resolving issues in collaboration with more senior HR Shared Services Team.
Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.
Operates under limited supervision and guidance.
