Role: Office Manager

About the Role:
The Office Manager will be onsite and fully manage the day to day functions of our Culver City office. You will be the main point of contact for all office-related activities and champion of Assembly office culture!
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
Ensure the kitchen (food, drinks,etc.) and office supplies are fully stocked
Coordinate catering for team lunches and other on-site events
Partner with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any in-office technical issues related to printers or office equipment; this also includes management of returned devices
Act as point of contact for facilities-related issues such as air conditioning, lighting, plumbing and Wi-Fi
Identify and coordinate with contractors for office construction and maintenance projects
Ownership of our travel agency and travel management system
Provide calendar management and scheduling support to several executives
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of office management experience, or similar
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong orginzational skills and follow through
Tech savvy – familiar with GSuite/M365, video conferencing and communication softwares
Solutions oriented/problem solver
