Avalon Beverly Hills is seeking a part time Human Resources Coordinator who is professional, pro-active, and detail-oriented to assist our HR Manager with onboarding, administrative, and other necessary tasks. Must be highly organized and comfortable communicating with all levels of management. Tasks will range from filing and keeping records in order, preparing documents, communicating with teams, ordering and organizing various items, onboarding new colleagues, etc.
Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, take messages and handle inquiries independently as needed
Manage calendars and schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls and prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
Attend Colleague meetings, take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items
Compose and facilitate email communications to colleagues and business partners
Assist with the development of announcements, memos and PowerPoint presentations
Perform other general duties and assist with special projects, as needed
Prior experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
