Job Summary and Opportunity:

As our Product Manager you will coordinate with business unit leaders to develop strategies and drive projects that enhance the footprint/capabilities across various Axos technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Management, RPA, Five9, Outsystems, Chatbot). This position will be on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with business unit leaders to develop strategies and drive projects that enhance the footprint/capabilities across various Axos tech platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Management, RPA, Five9, Outsystems, Chatbot)
Perform current state analysis on business processes to support future state process & tech enhancement proposals
Oversee (through reporting and monitoring) the progress and delivery of business unit strategies, including related ROI, against promised progress; identify gaps and follow through to resolution
Identify opportunities to share best practices across COE development verticals; develop mechanisms and reporting to demonstrate adoption of these opportunities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years’ of experience, preferably in a product / business analyst / consulting role
Strong understanding of CRM solutions
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
Proficiency with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, compound formulas)
Experience designing reports in BI tools, preferably Tableau, SSRS, or PowerBI
Proven ability to understand technically complex concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple and/or shifting priorities while producing professional quality and accurate deliverables
Customer service oriented mindset
