Responsibilities & Duties

Supervise all activities related to loans, including preparation of loan documentation, closing, funding, boarding, collateral monitoring, payment posting, Life of Loan Servicing and Customer service.
Ensure that all current policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Review procedures and suggest changes to increase efficiency as well as productivity.
Act as a liaison between various lending departments in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Supervise the productivity of department staff. Provide guidance and training to ensure continuance of staffs personal growth and education.
Review and comply with the End-User Computing Agreement
Acquire good knowledge on functions and usage of computer systems as related to the assigned job functions
Be current and knowledgeable in industry’s trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.
Reports suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years

Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
Preferred: Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, employees, regulators, or board members.
Preferred: Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive material concerning the Bank and our borrowers.
Preferred: Analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Preferred: Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Preferred: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; exceptional organizational skills required.
Required: Experience with loan database software (Navigator) and loan documentation program (Laser Pro)
Required: Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.
Preferred: Organizational ability with strong supervisory and management skills.
Required: Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Required: Ability to study and apply new information.
Preferred: Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem prevention, and problem-solving skills.
Required: Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required: Ability to work with co-workers, customers, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.
Required: Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
Required: Exhibit a professional, businesslike appearance and demeanor.
Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
