BEI Construction is seeking a Project Administrator for our Audio-Visual division. This position will directly report to our Administrative Manager and provide support to the project management team of the division. This position will be located at our corporate office in Alameda, CA.
Responsibilities & Duties
Assist with project timekeeping
Create and maintain project files
Assist with submittals
Order insurance certificates
Assist with time & material purchasing, tracking, and billing
Assign subcontract agreements
Assist with closeout documentation
Other general administrative duties as assigned
2+ years related experience required
Construction industry experience preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills required
