Job Location: New York
Responsibilities:

Provide onboarding and off-boarding support, including preparing and delivering computer equipment as requested
Support/maintain various end-user SaaS-based technologies for emails, cloud storage, and web collaboration
Provide first level timely, accurate, and consistent technical support to internal clients in multiple locations and time zones, onsite and remotely
Monitor case queues, take ownership of cases, communicate frequently and thoughtfully with clients, and resolve cases with urgency
Diagnose and resolve endpoints (laptops/tablets/handheld) network/Wifi connectivity issues, software, hardware, and tech related peripheral issues

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ hands-on experience with Desktop Support in a production environment
MUST have excellent customer service skill to all levels of internal customers especially Senior leadership members
Effective communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to prioritize and multi-task when answering emails, taking phone calls, or walk-ups and respond accordingly to all requests in a timely manner
Operating System: MacOS, and Windows 10
Various SaaS-based technologies
Bring a “Can-Do” results-oriented attitude to a team that includes the desire and ability to learn
Ability to work independently, follow standards and take directions
