Summary of Essential Job Functions

This individual is responsible for administrative support for the functions of the Operations and Executive Teams.

Performs a variety of clerical tasks that may include invoicing, maintaining spreadsheets, and document management
Efficiently maintain accurate records
Keep abreast of new products, procedures, and changing technology relevant to this position
Aid the Laboratory Technicians when requested
Clean and maintain the common spaces in a neat and orderly manner
Perform Administrative duties and responsibilities as required
Establish and maintain a pleasant and cooperative working relationship with clients of Bonneville Labs
Use initiative and exercise sound independent judgment
Accept the input of supervisors and co-workers as well as provide input and be a genuine team player.
Recognize, prioritize, and accomplish needed tasks
Use courtesy, tact, and firmness in dealing with the public; evaluate alternative solutions and present recommendations; interact with the public effectively and courteously.
Check in clients and visitors and manage incoming calls

QUALIFICATIONS

Administrative experience in a professional environment
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgment
Desire to work as part of a team with a strong focus on client needs and customer service
Organizational skills and the ability to manage projects effectively and on-time

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Analytical and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments
Punctual attendance
High School Degree or Higher
