About Us- California Motor Trade is a family owned business and a leading used car dealership with a store in Los Angeles County. We pride ourselves on not being your “typical used car dealership”. We provide a service-oriented approach of selling cars instead of a pushy and desperate sales pitch.

About Pay- Pay will be discussed at the time of interview. Most of our Sales Consultants earn between $50,000 to $100,000 per year. Hours can range from 32-48 hours a week.
About the Job- You will have the opportunity to maximize your sales with our inventory. Some of the duties will include:
Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet, or Text.
Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately.
Set appointments for our customers.
Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we sell.
Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products, and procedures.
Test Drive vehicles in our inventory with our customers.
Work with Sales Managers and Customers throughout the car buying and negotiation process.
Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
Maintain a professional appearance.
About Requirements- No previous car sales experienced is required. You will receive hands-on training. Spanish Bi-Lingual is preferred. Must have and maintain California Driver’s License in good standing and have valid comprehensive and collision insurance. Also, must be able to obtain a California Sales Person License through the DMV.
