Conduct resume screening and scheduling interviews for self and/or recruitment team using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Timely follow-up with all candidates regarding status of their application
Discuss potential candidates with sales director and follow up on coordination of further interviews…etc.
Periodic contact with past candidates


Proven experience as a recruiter (either in house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter) 2yr+ experience
Hands on experience with recruiting ATS systems
Strong decision making skills
Hands on experience with various selection process(video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check)
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
