Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative oversees the fulfilment of client requests in order to ensure accuracy, timely completion and the overall satisfaction of the client in all areas of client service

This position will help us with:
Providing support to clients by handling clients inquires, assisting with orders, communicating progress on pending requests, updating pending requests, problems, delays, and or issues.
Checking data for accuracy, clients orders are correctly entered, custodial contacts are update, confirm location(s).
Providing interdepartmental assistance as needed.
What you should have:
Read, speak and understand English; High School Diploma some college preferred
2 years of prior customer service experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to handle challenging client interactions
Problem solving skills – use of the Internet
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients
