Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for building and managing the FP&A function that will lead overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Company’s financial performance to Executive leadership and key stakeholders.

This position will help us with:

Reporting – develops, enhances, and reviews daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages, so Executives/business leaders have clear visibility into their P&L performance vs. budget / forecast.
Modeling / Analysis – analyzes trends in the company’s KPIs and across all areas of the P&L (revenue, cost of sales, SG&A and CapEx), for identifying risk and opportunities and providing recommendations for driving better financial results.
Monthly Forecasting ‐ implements and manages a monthly P&L forecasting process, explaining changes vs. annual budget, and expected ROY results.
Customer Pricing / Profitability – leads pricing committee meetings providing pricing recommendations for potential new clients and existing customers, ensuring the company bids competitively and maintains its profit margin targets.
Supports business leaders with ad‐hoc reporting, modeling, and analysis as needed.
Continuously develops and enhances the department’s tools, systems, and processes.

What you should have:

5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
Experience in NetSuite preferred. Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
