Shift: Monday – Friday (1:00PM – 9:45PM)
Answer production related questions, direct production work assignments, ensure availability of adequate supplies, perform quality audits, convey (written & verbal) communications (within and outside) the department, maintain good housekeeping and safety practices and standards, perform routine warehousing job tasks as assigned within the existing job classification and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Provide guidance, direction and/or training in work assignments
Direct routine work activities or direct a specifically assigned project
Ensure adequate supplies are available
Perform quality audits
Convey communications (written and verbal) within and outside the dept
Relay ideas, suggestions, and concerns to management
Maintain good housekeeping practices
Ensure safe work practices are exercised
Identify and correct any unsafe conditions
Participate in a formal performance review process of your personal performance as a lead
Assist as requested in identifying opportunities for improvement in work processes, training programs, personnel utilization, etc.


Minimum of 2 years warehouse/distribution work experience
Good job performance and attendance record
No written disciplinary action within most recent 12-month period
Congenial working relationships with coworkers
Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
Flexibility to work variable hours/overtime
Demonstrated effective interaction
Eagerness to learn
Thoroughness in completing work assignments
Cooperativeness, team player
Respect of/for coworkers

Possess basic WMS and Microsoft (Excel, Word)
