We offer general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry services in addition to periodontology, implant ,orthodontics, and oral surgery.

We seek a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team that shares our total care values. Ideally, you will have at least three full years of dental office experience with a drive to learn and contribute to our mission. Self-motivation, positive energy, and dependability are priorities for our staff. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and the potential to take on leadership and mentorship responsibilities as our practice grows.

Leading the front office in establishing an efficient and comprehensive patient experience
Leveraging a schedule-to-goal strategy to manage productive hygiene and doctor schedules for multiple practitioners
Overseeing patient communications to effectively schedule appointments and accurately respond to inquiries
Collecting and organizing patient medical histories and insurance details
Assuring insurance verifications and authorizations are complete before the patient visit
Supporting the financial department in treatment plan descriptions and patient collections
Preparing and delivering weekly/monthly practice reports to the management team
Delivering daily production results and goals to help guide scheduling decisions
Providing ad hoc support to the back-office team when necessary

Education, Experience, and Requirements
Dental Front Office Experience: 1+ years (Required)
Dental Intel (Preferred)
Microsoft Office (Required)
High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
Additional DetailsThis role is a full-time position – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
