PAY RATE FOR OPERATIONS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN: $25.00 per hour

JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Support Technician is the collaborator whose main responsibilities are focused on assisting managers in maintaining a smooth administration process at the restaurant(s).
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATIONS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN:

Minimum of 6 months of relevant administrative experience
Basic administrative, Human Resources, and/or restaurant experience preferred but not a requirement
Flexible Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
Average 30-40 hours per week

Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
Positive and professional attitude
Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and/or Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
