Our goal is to continuously improve the development of new relationships to create long-standing customers. Our success depends on our Customer Service team and their ability to work with our client’s customers. We need to expand our team with a new Customer Service Representative to achieve these goals!
The ideal Customer Service Representative should be incredibly comfortable interacting directly with people, thrive under pressure, and be motivated to achieve results. The Customer Service Representative is the ideal role for someone to combine their love of interacting with people while also developing their professional skills in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Professionally represent our mission and values and the brand during each customer engagement

Resolve and document all customer contacts, inquiries, and concerns in the system

Participate in collaborative training sessions with other Customer Service Representatives on customer relations and up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Troubleshoot and problem-solve any product issues or concerns

Provide product information and sales promo information, which could include recommending products to purchase and/or their effective use

Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly

Enhance our client’s reputation by using excellent customer service skills

Customer Service Representative Requirements

A High School diploma or equivalent is required

0-3 years of sales, working as a customer service representative or in customer-facing roles

Willingness to learn about our client’s products

Ability to build rapport with customers by actively listening and addressing questions

Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills

Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
