Position Summary:

The Business Analyst I will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, & documenting requirements; developing specifications and solutions for software projects as assigned.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Work with project team to understand product requirements and determine technical solutions to configuring product.
Use product design information to create product models, configurations, and Bill of Materials (BOM) utilizing Infor CPQ configuration application.
Develop, test, and maintain product and pricing rules of moderate to high complexity.
Maintain the product configurator application and make necessary enhancements to support New Products and Engineering Changes.
Interface with internal business users to troubleshoot and resolve BOM, product data, and order entry issues.
Interface with internal IT team to provide support for product configuration setup and data for reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Required Qualifications:

General understanding of master data concepts, product details, product configuration, master data flows
Experience with configurable products, structured BOMs and product configurators in a manufacturing production environment is preferred but not necessary
Understanding of programing concepts such as conditional logic and loops.
Proficient in reading/writing SQL code
Exposure to ERP environments like Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate Degree in, or equivalent related experience.
Knowledge of Infor CPQ application
Exposure to Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET
