Working Hours: 7am – 3:30pm / 8:00am – 4.30pm (2 Weekend Shifts per Month)

The Purpose of Your Role

Fidelity Digital Asset Services (FDAS) is an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. Within this, the Custody Operations team are responsible for reconciliations, settling clients trades, facilitating movement of both first currency and cryptocurrency in and out of clients’ accounts, storing the cryptocurrency securely and maintaining the books and records platform. To be effective, you will work closely with the Client Service team, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology teams to ensure client requirements are met. With your knowledge and commitment, you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the FDAS team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.

The Expertise we’re looking for

Prior experience in taking the lead on key projects or initiatives
Prior experience in transaction and balance reconciliation
Strong leadership skills
Daily workflow management experience
Advanced knowledge working within a SOC-1 environment with clear demonstration and understanding of procedures and controls
Experience in supporting testing in UAT & Production environments
Relationship building skills across team, business units, and global peers
Strong process management & decision-making skills
Cryptocurrency knowledge an advantage but not required
