Your Role

GALE is seeking a highly knowledgeable and creative Executive Producer, with a digital and CRM focus, who knows how to lead and execute at scale. Candidate must be passionate about marketing, branding, and technology. This person must also be creative, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time in a fast-paced, data-driven and creative environment. Work experience at a recognized consultancy/agency, tech company, or the client side is a must.

As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership of any number of digital media and CRM initiatives which will include: email and messaging campaigns and programs, banners, paid social advertising campaigns, branding and identity, CX design and development, social and video content production, as well as digital product and website development. You’re a veritable production and delivery Swiss Army knife, capable of working across the full spectrum of digital media.

What You Will Be Doing

Ensuring that the creative team employs the most innovative production methods possible
Delivering projects on time and on budget at the highest possible quality
Leading creative and tech development as well as content production (video, animation, stills)
Large scale localization of broadcast media assets
Owning and writing project documentation (SOWs, Budgets, Project Plans / Schedules)
Coordinating and managing creative approval process
Managing client expectations in collaboration with Account Management
Collaborating with the GALE technology team and technical program managers
Working closely with the GALE creative and UX team to realize initial project vision
Working closely with CRM campaign manager to execute email campaigns
Identifying and managing production and music vendors and partners as needed
Managing legal approval process with Account Management
Project documentation samples are required (SOW and Project Plan). Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Who You Are

5-10 years of experience as a producer on Fortune 100 brands
Extremely organized project leader and instinctive team builder
Creative minded with a positive attitude and “make it happen” mentality
Prior experience in a digital or creative agency
Driven to create and lead best-in-industry experiences and content
A genuine and high impact team leader, capable of motivating, directing, and inspiring cross-functional project teams
Understands the limitations and capabilities of common digital and graphics tools such as HTML, Javascript, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, After Effects, and APIs, such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Microsoft
Experience delivering large scale email and messaging campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, and Braze
Highly competent with project management tools such as Trello, MS Project, and Jira
Agile project management and development experience
Able to build and cultivate relationships across departments as well as with client
Off-shore technology development management experience a plus
Live-action video, animation, still photography experience
A skilled multi-tasker and problem solver with the ability to take an idea and make it better
Off-shore technology development management experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent with Google Slides and Keynote
Bachelor degree
