You’ll work with a close-knit team you know you can depend on, one that provides comprehensive aftercare services that include cremation, grief support, and memorials.

What you’ll do
No matter the task, you’ll prioritize quality, safety, and ethics
Your daily duties may vary between operating the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains
Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence
Take ownership of our machinery – making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests
Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations
Because Operations Team Members work cross-functionally, you may occasionally be required to drive company vehicles

Your work environment will include
Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
Working in varying temperatures – the area near the retorts can be very warm, while packaging areas are more of a controlled climate
