We are looking for a talented
VFX Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Apply now to join us.


Works directly with the VFX Supervision team in a support role, coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.

Track and maintain VFX workflow for revisions, omits, and short-length changes and notify the pertaining team members as needed.

Follow up with artists daily to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule, communicate any scheduling changes to appropriate artists, supervisors, and production team.

Attend VFX meetings, provide consultation/feedback, and update documents accordingly.

Collaborates with VFX Supervisors and artists in order to troubleshoot any complications that may arise.

Prepare all necessary reference materials for on-set guidance.

Provides administrative support to the VFX team.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role; preferably within the VFX or post-production industry

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Ability to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong understanding of VFX technologies


High School education or equivalent required.

BA/BS in applicable field preferred.
