About the Role
The Manager, U.S. Influencer Marketing Activation, is a pivotal position within the INCA organization and will report to the Associate Director, Influencer Marketing Activation. A successful candidate has worked with influencers, agencies/brands, and talent of different styles and social tiers. You are fluent in social marketing best practices and know how to collaborate with internal and external partners. The candidate will work cross-functionally with Nexus teams to be able to weigh in on influencer marketing trends and the social landscape.
Support all aspects of INCA Influencer activation projects, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional campaign execution
Lead client and agency communications for influencer campaign activations Prepare & lead client/agency calls, create meeting agendas, provide updates on program status and speak professionally to all parties
Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, client scope of work document, activation plans, timelines, budgets, and campaign schedules
• Lead & oversee team to manage influencer search, recruitment, negotiation, and campaign participation • Oversee campaign tracking and manage content results and analytics in real-time, including detailed screening of campaign analytics & daily monitoring of post activity • Review influencer content and ensure content creation is following all brand guidelines and legal requirements, working through revisions when necessary • Identify potential issues (incomplete posts, failure to adhere to requirements, etc.) and proactively resolve them as needed • Boost/whitelisting of influencer content on behalf of brands • Ensure accurate and timely influencer payment • Interest in working on integrated marketing campaigns with talent • Produce client and agency campaign recaps, distilling data and analytics into an easy-to-understand format for brands and building out key learnings from the influencer campaigns to inform the next strategy
The Skills we are looking for
2-3 years of marketing experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media and familiarity with or interest in the overall digital/social media landscape
Must have a thorough understanding and interest in marketing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch, Tik Tok, and more
Must be familiar with Influencer management platforms
Must have experience working with Excel
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Passion for Influencer Marketing as well as Social Media/Digital industries
Excellent client, team, and project management skills
Experience developing campaigns for consumer lifestyle brands
Functional knowledge of influencer analytics and reporting
High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Capable problem solver and strong decision-making abilities
Experience developing content marketing strategies and overseeing content development specifically for social media platforms
