As a leasing and marketing manager, you will be responsible for leasing available apartments in the luxury-lifestyle industry. You’ll lead advertising and marketing campaigns to maximize occupancy, grow revenue, and enhance the customer experience. As one of San Diego’s largest real estate companies, you’ll start at $43K-$47K with generous commission potential and opportunity to grow within the company. Manage and update all internet listing sites at property level
Manage social media accounts with focus in branding and advertising
Create and send out monthly newsletters for resident communication and promotion
Work in design platforms for creating digital and print marketing materials
Launch and manage monthly resident events
Work directly with customers for relocation and manage the “lease to move-in” experience
Provide custom/private property tours of available apartments
Fulfill and resolve customer needs
Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and timely
Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary

Qualifications YOU possess!

Comfortable working cross-functionally with sister-properties within the portfolio
Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a courteous, professional, timely manner
Sales is experience is preferred; but not required
Basic understanding and ability to work within digital spaces. An eager individual ready to learn our internal residential systems and advertising platforms.
Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred
Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record and insurance required
