Facility Management for a small mixed use office/apartment building (Renting and Maintenance coordination).
Business office and facility management for a small charity.

Full Time Position: 32-40 hours

Location: Small office suite in Los Angeles near USC Campus

Compensation: Commensurate with abilities

Can work independently and coordinate routine operations with employees, tenants, and maintenance vendors. Strong time management skills to keep business office, store and facility running smoothly and meeting deadlines.
