The Job You Will Perform:
Data entry for both warehouses
Weekly cycle counts and warehouse audits
Facilitate physical inventory counts for both warehouses
Manage six farm out locations: Hobbs, Visalia Warehouse, IP Buena Park, Central Coast Packaging, and Kings Rehab
Enter feedback into Kiwi/FFF, print out tags for Farm Out Locations when needed. Make stock up/stock down inventory adjustments for bills of laden.
Update date into Witron and department logs
Receive raw materials
Facilitate month end inventory for shipping department and order raw materials for unitizer and hooder.
Assist truck drivers in shipping office by inputting all orders into shipment plans
Update roll receiving schedule and customer pick ups
Responsible for all receiving duties and shipping logs
Responsible for ordering pallets
Serve as back up for other shipping leads and supervisor
The Skills You Will Bring:
Two (2) years’ experience in shipping and receiving
Experience using SAP, Witron, Kiwi, Operating KIT, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and inventory managing systems preferred
