What You’ll Be Doing:

Shadow Director of Client Services, assist with various office tasks needed.
Clerical/administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organizing, cleaning, data entry, etc.
Learn the ins and outs of setting up Kallpod/Kontactless platforms; minimal software programming, setup, packing and shipping, customer service, and other miscellaneous jobs.
Willingness and flexibility to get their hands dirty and jump in as a team player to get the job done.
The ability to carry out and fulfill assignments in a responsible and professional manner with a commitment to helping the team succeed.
Some days may be boring and mundane and others may be non-stop!

What We’re Looking For:

Interest in the tech startup environment
Positive attitude
Thinks outside the box / Creative thinker
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some CRM experience
Takes ownership over tasks, end-to-end
Ability to work independantly
Desire to learn new skills and programs
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT and other similar tools
Ability to lift up to 25lbs
