Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to communicate between facilities to ensure inventory meets all shipping deadlines. Working directly with the Warehouse Supervisor, the position requires consolidating inventory, following up on orders to ensure they are shipped on time and helping research open orders. The role also requires opening and closing shipments in our work management system and finalizing purchasing orders for the Receiving department. Ideal candidates have sharp organizational skills and are able to stand for long periods and lift items of 50 pounds or greater. A day at the warehouse looks like this:
Researching open orders in the work management system to ensure products are in place to meet shipping deadlines
Prioritizing open shipment waves, sorting open-wave labels, and ensuring distribution of products; closing all waves in a timely manner
Completing inventory requests; solving all inventory issues via communication with Inventory team
Closing purchase orders
Opening and closing shipping trailers
Qualifications

Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of items and item containers
Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions, due to the open environment of the warehouse
