A Day in the Life:
This position plays a large part in our success! You’ll gain great experience assisting our Litigation team. You’ll be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include filing, adding emails to our document system, conducting conflict checks, proofreading documents, compiling documentation for client matters, scanning, time entry into a database, and processing mail. You’ll also assist with tasks such as arranging travel and accommodations, billing and bookkeeping needs, and record management as assigned.

You consider yourself a top-notch communicator and understand that following-up and following-through keeps a team running smoothly. You’re able to prioritize and adjust as new needs come up. You always subscribe to a high level of professionalism and communication.
Prior office experience a must.
Proficiency with Excel, a strong hold on technology, and the ability to thoroughly proofread is a must.
