Typical Duties

Test returned goods
Record testing data and analyze results to determine whether products meet quality standards
Maintain testing methods and equipment
Use testing data to recommend improvements to the production process

Education

High School or equivalent

Skills and Competencies

Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Basic MS office knowledge, emphasis on Excel
Computer data entry
Strong trouble-shooting skills
Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
Complete tasks within standard times with minimum supervision
Good attendance, Initiative, responsible follow through and a willingness to help
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Must be able to work in a fast pace manufacturing environment
