We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant, with top notch sales and people skills, to play a key role at our Ella 1711 apartment home community in Woodland, CA.
Leasing Consultants will greet, qualify, tour, lease and move in prospective residents to help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Leasing Consultants will assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in meeting resident satisfaction and revenue goals in accordance with Company standards.
Responsibilities:

Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals
Greet and qualify prospective residents
Conduct community tours, show apartment homes and process applications
Follow-up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction finalize leasing decisions
Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions
Ensure physically appealing models/amenities
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Two years’ experience in residential property management, hospitality or customer service
High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility in adapting to new situations

Preferred:

One to three of multi-family housing experience
Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Yardi Property Management Software

Physical Demands:
This position may require travel to various assets
The incumbent is expected to report to work and adhere to all safety and business protocols
Frequent sitting and walking
Repetitive use of computer, keyboard, mouse and phone
Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning and analyzing
Occasional to frequent squatting, bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, pushing/pulling/lifting to 25lbs
Work Environment:
Position is performed in an apartment community office environment
Standard office hours are typically Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
Business demand may necessitate additional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
Pay rate: $22.00 an hour.
