Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing workstream activities and maintaining proper communication between the Operations Team including installation and service technicians, operations management, and other departments in the company. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant will be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Organize and maintain the installation folders
Maintain proper communication between all parties including technicians, management, and internal departments
Upload installation notes for inspections
Verify end of day installations
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of administrative support experience
Previous solar experience strongly preferred but not required
Strong proficiency in organizational & multi-tasking skills
Experience with a variety of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Podio etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls, emails, and workload on a consistent basis; and strong work ethic.
Organize time efficiently each day to maximize resources

High school diploma or equivalent
