Responsibilities for the Director of IT:

Overall management of strategy, design, implementation, and execution of IT infrastructure
Establish and direct strategic goals, policies, and procedures
Oversee service desk, networks, servers, etc

Requirements for the Director of IT:

10+ years of experience managing an IT department
Infrastructure background
Experience building a team from the ground up in a high growth environment
Experience managing globally distributed teams

Compensation of the Director of IT: $180,000-$270,000 plus full comprehensive benefits package
