The Project Coordinator assists with executing assigned tasks to ensure consistent, effective, and timely project delivery. Responsibilities include intaking phone calls, gathering requisite details, logging incidents in the case management system, and communicating updates to key stakeholders. The Project Coordinator serves as the point of contact on all projects as assigned, interfacing with Field Leadership, various Corporate Departments.
Additional responsibilities include drafting and reviewing communications, scheduling conference calls with Field Leadership and Corporate Partners, developing and maintaining process documents and files, logging data in various databases and Excel sheets, reviewing information in proprietary systems and databases, summarizing data from various sources, and assisting leadership with drafting reference materials, communications, and other project-related support.
Must be available to work an overnight shift 11pm-7am or 12am-8am.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Drafting and reviewing communications
Providing updates to leadership on key deliverables
Assists with developing plans and process guides
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintaining a Safe & Secure Environment
Provides project coordination support to Analysts and Sr. Analysts
Logs calls in case management system
Assists with project management-related support
· Pulls and analyzes data in Excel (at direction of Analysts or RISC Leadership)
· Communicates key update to leaders, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
Developing Great Teams & Partnerships
Maintains a strong focus on accuracy in communications
Intakes and triages calls with a focus on customer service
Works cross-functionally with various business partner teams; acts as a liaison between field and corporate departments
Able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
List Education level, Years of Experience, Technical Knowledge, and/or Certifications required for the position.
BA degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business
1+ years of relevant work experience and/or Masters’ degree
Proficiency in and knowledge of computer software including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact professionally and effectively present information to all levels within the team and organization
Enthusiastic, positive, creative, self-motivated, open to feedback
Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems
Dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond
Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
