Procede Software is the leading provider of Dealer Management Solutions for the commercial trucking industry!!! Today, our enterprise dealer management system—Excede—is used by hundreds of dealerships across the United States and Canada to improve their operational efficiency and drive performance across all areas of their business.
We are looking to add an experienced Operations Coordinator to our growing team! This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support for the Operations team. This is hybrid role – this individual will have expectations to work from our office. Our office is located in Solana Beach, CA – please only apply if you are local and willing to commute.
Primary Job Responsibilities

Compile and accurately enter data into various tools
Assist with meeting coordination and calendar scheduling
Process training-related change requests
Create and update training environments
Audit and publish time tracking & metrics
Provide backup phone coverage
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for billable services
Assist and fill in for Office Coordinator as needed
Proof-read and edit documentation and communication
Work independently or within a designated team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects as needed
Assist with onboarding new team members

Desired Qualifications/Skills

Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and excellent time management skills

Must be a fast learner, with ability to work with technical and non-technical customers and other stakeholders to generate clear, concise project plans, and other related documentation
Skilled at using Microsoft Windows applications and systems

Skilled at managing multiple deadlines, keeping projects on tasks and tactfully communicating scheduling changes, disruptions, and resetting expectations
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service
The ability to think strategically and offer solutions rather than simply carry out requests
The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and verbally
Passion for problem-solving
Self-motivated, driven, reliable, responsible, dependable, detailed oriented, organized, perform self-review and correct own work without close supervision


3+ years of related experience
Familiarity with online collaboration tools and related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit at a desk, computer terminal or meeting table for a long period of time
Ability to use hands and fingers or adoptive equipment to safely operate assigned equipment
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Ability to use telephone frequently for a long period of time, and to hear and speak clearly by telephone
