Procede Software is the leading provider of Dealer Management Solutions for the commercial trucking industry!!! We are looking to add an experienced Project Coordinator to our growing team! This individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities within the Operations department and will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with the organization of projects. This position is 100% remote – anywhere within the US!
*Primary Job Responsibilities*

Provide administrative support to the PMO team throughout the project life cycle
Schedule and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Take meeting notes, create action items and assign to resources with clear deadlines, and send recaps
Proactively keep managers and stakeholders informed of issues or roadblocks
Initiate and update projects in various tools
Provide backup support for all scrum events which may include sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospective
Self-manage time and ensure action items are completed effectively
Enter data accurately and efficiently into tools
Collaborate on process improvements, tool usage, and best practices
Update and continually maintain templates, tools, and projects
Create and maintain documentation
Assist team with time tracking, metrics, and reporting
Work independently or within a designated team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects as needed
Assist with onboarding new team members

Desired Qualifications/Skills

Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Possess efficient data entry skills with strong attention to details
Must be a fast learner, with ability to work with technical and non-technical resources
Skilled at using Microsoft applications

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and verbally
Passion for problem-solving
Self-motivated, driven, reliable, responsible, dependable, detailed oriented, organized, perform self-review and correct own work without close supervision


3+ years of related experience
Familiarity with project management tools like Clarizen and Basecamp
Basic knowledge of software development life cycle and agile framework is a plus
Knowledge of TFS, Zendesk, and other ticketing systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit at a desk, computer terminal or meeting table for a long period of time
Ability to use hands and fingers or adoptive equipment to safely operate assigned equipment
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Ability to use telephone frequently for a long period of time, and to hear and speak clearly by telephone
