Job Responsibilities :

The RazerStore Evangelist is the first line of engagement customers meet when they enter the store. This individual is proud to present Razer, gets great satisfaction from helping customers find Razer products, and develops a long relationship with the Razer brand.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; proactively answering questions based on customer cues, as well as quickly responding to their inquiries.

Responsible for reaching targeted sales goals

Ability to communicate across all merchandise categories and make appropriate product suggestions to the customers.

Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and quality merchandise.

Keep up to date on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines.

Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs.

Maintain the store appearance to always ensure cleanliness and organization.

Stock and organize merchandise as needed.

Assist in product display and remerchandising as directed by the Store Management Team.

Work as a team to receive deliveries and replenish the sales floor in a timely manner.

Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2+ years’ experience in retail and consumer electronics is a plus.

Passionate about the gaming industry and being part of a team.

Customer service focused.

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Available to work a variety of hours, which may include mornings, evenings/nights, and weekends.

Basic understanding of sales principles and best customer service practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced public environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Strong interest in gaming and/or youth lifestyle brands valued.

Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

Perform other duties as assigned.
