San Joaquin Valley Homes is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Visalia office. The position will provide administrative support to various departments.Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Construction, Purchasing, and Accounting Depts.
Record retention and file management.
Assist with updating construction schedules
Answer phones and fill in for the Receptionist if needed
Additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
Associates Degree or comparable training
Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience
Computer literacy in the Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Self-motivated and organized
Ability to prioritize in a high-paced environment
Experience in the construction field is preferred but not required
Must pass a background check and employment verification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Starting Salary: $35,000-$45,000 DOE with a generous benefits package, including health insurance and 401K Plan.
