Join Scripps Clinic Encinitas as Director, Clinic Operations where you will lead the day-to-day ambulatory operations and be responsible for growth and strategy for the Scripps Encinitas Campus. Direct the outpatient care departments encompassing multiple specialties and primary care. Have oversight of budget and performance including financial and operational performance, service excellence, and quality metrics. Supervise multiple specialties including primary care, allergy/immunology, audiology, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, dermatology, ENT, endocrinology, nephrology, neurology, and orthopedics.
This Director position is eligible to participate in the Director Incentive Plan.
The position is located at Scripps Clinic Encinitas.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
Four years of direct management experience in the healthcare industry.
Ability to effectively direct healthcare business and operational practices.
Ability to develop long-term plans for healthcare operations.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree and specific skills/experience in practice unit’s medical specialties.
