Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage, prepare, and present new products along with in-depth market research related to our business
Ensure the development and execution of product projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved
Prioritize, evaluate, and build roadmaps for new product releases
Work with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices and order large volumes
Collaborate with executives, marketers, and salespeople to set prices that are good for the market and profit
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about new product features and capabilities
Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation, assigning appropriate resources to each project, and providing direction and counsel as needed

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences in related field
3+ years in creative specialist or a related field
Ability to create visual assets using original ideas while staying within our brand standards
Ability to work and create with limited information and resources
Working knowledge of design and production
Excellent communication and follow through skills
Time-management skills
Strong knowledge of the music business preferred
Bilingual – English/Korean

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,327.00 – $95,000.00 per year
