About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive and support the growth of our technical teams (Eng, Ops, Product, etc). You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients as well as own and improve the entire recruiting process from beginning to end. You must be creative, thoughtful, and driven, which will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and our hiring managers. You’re also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make sure our hiring process is optimized and operating efficiently. Responsibilities

Recruit and hire top technical talent within the industry efficiently and effectively
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (i.e. HR, Engineering, and Operations teams)
Provide an efficient experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, growing the interview process and offer process, including but not limited items such as reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
Source active and passive candidates through internal referrals, networking, external databases, and research.
Initiate offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.
Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or hyper-growth company
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn, referral programs, job boards, and social media/networking platform
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record in technical recruiting for a wide range of niche roles, especially complex and technical engineering positions
You are able to run a full cycle recruiting process and own engaging talent and collaboration with the hiring team
Able to articulate business needs, evaluate talent and close senior talent
You are able to manage various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline (including engaging passive candidates)
Strong organization and time management
Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
Able to pivot and adapt when needs change
You take initiative and are proactive and collaborative
