Job Summary
The Lead Lounge Agent will assist in directing operations related to the reception of passengers, the arrivals of flights, and the check-in process at the lounge.
Job Responsibilities

Greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception
Replenishing our deli counter with food and drinks
Topping up our drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
Serving beer, wine and other beverages from our fully tendered bar
Bussing tables, sanitizing, dish washing & maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
Regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities, every hour
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
Above all, deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
Food and supply ordering
Adjust manpower assignments and monitor meal/rest breaks
Executes start and/or end of day closing duties
Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation to and from the airport
Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
Positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
Ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge
