The TikTok Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new member acquisition through Paid Social video channels, including TikTok and YouTube. This is an exciting role for someone looking to have ownership of crucial acquisition channels that directly impact the business’s growth. Someone who is a TikTok advertising expert and loves turning data and creativity into action will love this role. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Member Growth
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Plan, develop, and implement best-in-class TikTok and YouTube advertising campaigns
Manage day-to-day media operations; including optimization, reporting, and testing
Utilize ever-changing, platform-specific creative trends and best practices to build a cutting-edge creative testing roadmap
Clearly determine meaningful (and sequential) creative testing hypotheses and articulate desired creative outcomes with cross-functional partners
Rigorously analyze creative data and pinpoint which creative elements, visuals, or messages are driving/dragging performance
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting to determine short and long-term optimizations and support forecasting needs
Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure we’re meeting budget and on pace to hit business objectives and marketing KPIs
Leverage all data sources to regularly analyze paid health in channel and portfolio
Help inform and drive media buying innovation by connecting testing and optimization results into daily operations
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including analytics and tech, to build growth solutions that improve channel performance and efficiency
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field4+ years of user acquisition marketing, specifically in TikTok and YouTube
Hands-on experience managing digital marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
Expert on direct response creative best practices for each social channel
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, optimize, and scale million-dollar performance marketing budgetsAbility to rigorously analyze creative data and pinpoint which creative elements, visuals, or messaging is/isn’t driving performance
Highly analytical; comfortable working with large data sets, optimizing for KPIs, and turning analysis into actionExcellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) skills
Experience in subscription, e-commerce and/or health, grocery or wellnessHighly inquisitive and able to dig deep into the data to determine causation/correlation of campaign changes, creative fatigue, industry trends, seasonality, and external events
Demonstrated ability to clearly and consistently communicate performance, performance drivers, and intended actions
Highly driven to improve performance, take initiative, take calculated risks, and enact operational and strategic change
Consistently researches new advertising trends and tactics and is passionate about creative best practices
Proven experience managing and scaling clear and operational creative testing structures into performance-driving levers
