Truckee Donner Lodge

Truckee Donner Lodge is looking to hire for 3pm-11 pm shifts for all days with availability to work full time or part-time. We will train the right person, so no experience is required.
We are also looking for an additional part-time or full-time front desk team member. The shifts would be 8-hours between 3 pm and 7am with a half-hour unpaid break for full-time employees.
We are going through an evolution and looking for someone who can be a great addition to our team. If you have a willingness to learn and an interest in giving people an excellent Truckee experience, this is the job for you!
Pay begins at $21.00/hr. but may increase depending on shifts, experience, start date, and completion of probation period.
Job Duties:

Assist guests with check-in and check-out
Generate hotel income and occupancy reports
Assist guests with Truckee and Tahoe directions and things-to-do
Respond to guest needs and delegate maintenance tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service to create repeat customers

Required skills include:

Basic knowledge of computers

Basic office/file organizing skills

Must have a positive attitude and willingness to help others
High school diploma/GED required

Ideal candidates:

Have some experience working at a front desk or other office setting
Understand the basics of sales and customer service
