Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will support the head of the Space and Commercial Networks team and the senior leaders within that team. You will demonstrate your high energy, teamwork skills, and ability to prioritize and organize as you provide administrative support, coordinate activities between departments, manage requests, coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, manage heavy calendars, and process invoices. You must have superb relationship and customer service skills, work with the highest levels of our executive staff and external partners, and be prepared to quickly respond to changes in direction. Key responsibilities:

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interface with personnel from various departments and cultures at all levels within the organization
Global awareness and implications for travel (safety, health, geopolitical, etc.), expense reports (currency exchange, etc.) , coordinating complex global travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Poise and ability to work gracefully under pressure
Managing multiple calendars across global time zones and coordinating complex on-site and off-site virtual and in-person meetings, including scheduling, catering, etc.
Problem-solving aptitude, critical thinker, organizational skills
Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities, supporting multiple leaders and functional areas in a fast-paced environment
Personable, high integrity, maintain discretion and confidentiality with all sensitive information

Requirements:

5+ years of work experience providing executive administrative support
Experience in developing and managing complex corporate calendars
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and other administrative systems
Advanced web-based tool skills (SharePoint, Concur, etc.)
Proficient with Zoom, Globalmeet, Oracle, Slack
Meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders distributed globally
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
US Citizen

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
