Come be part of the change and grow your career!The Contracts & Procurement Manager will be a pivotal function at Shell Recharge Solutions. This role will develop, manage, and lead the execution of procurement operations, IT systems, logistics, warehousing, and data analysis. You will be responsible for creating and implementing scalable strategy for smart procurement systems, logistics and spend data reporting that support the rapid growth of the company. In addition, this role provides subject matter expertise regarding contracts and procurement to business partners.What you’ll do:

Manage teams and work cross-functionally to oversee the scopes of contracting and procurement (C&P) systems, C&P operations, compliance, logistics and reporting.
Provide guidance on best practices and implementation of IT tools, including NetSuite, Sales Force and other ERP systems, and manage the logistics scope and support warehousing strategy and system readiness for project deliveries.
Work with contractors, suppliers, and internal business partners to ensure the excellent performance on hardware delivery, integrated installation, and maintenance services
Manage the end-to-end procurement process to support project delivery and identify bottlenecks for constant improvement opportunities.
Manage the team and build team capacity to ensure the growth of the company and individuals.
Communicate goals, objectives, and strategy to cross-functional leadership and project teams.
Participate as a subject matter expert on future procurement and contracting program projects and represent the procurement organization on cross-company teams when projects are being developed to change or enhance processes.
Work with business unit leaders to ensure the program meets their needs from a budget and C&P process standpoint.
Develop and implement company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and
Collaborate with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness of procurement programs.

What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 6 years’ experience in contracting and procurement, supply chain, logistics, or related area OR Master’s degree plus 5 years’ experience in contracting and procurement, supply chain, logistics, or related area, or related area, with team management experience
Experience with procurement IT systems, supply chain operations, logistics and project delivery
Preferred Qualifications – MBA, CPPM – Certified Professional Purchasing Manager – Certification
High caliber and passion for environmental issues and renewable energy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate across functional areas within a company to achieve win-win results
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of agility
